There are plenty of Sunseekers on the brokerage market, but when you’re looking at a yacht like NOROADER, the interesting part is not simply what came out of the shipyard. It’s what the owner has done with her since.
In this video, David Seal takes a closer look at this 35.2-metre Sunseeker 116, a yacht that has benefited from an owner determined to make an already successful model just that little bit better.
Built in 2020, NOROADER has a gross tonnage of 245GT and a traditional five-cabin layout, with the owner’s suite on the main deck and four guest cabins below. Outside, however, there is plenty to catch the attention, from the expansive flybridge to a foredeck arranged around a Jacuzzi, sunbathing areas and an open-air cinema.
What makes this particular Sunseeker especially interesting is the list of improvements made by her current owner. A 2023 refit brought changes to the main saloon, lighting, furniture and flybridge, including a substantial new bar. There have also been less visible technical upgrades, including a Hull Vane and Humphree interceptor trim tabs to improve the way the yacht gets onto the plane and enhance her performance.
Powered by MTU 2000 Series engines, NOROADER has a top speed of more than 25 knots, while Sunseeker recommends a cruising speed of 12 knots. David also looks at her range, crew areas, tender and toy storage, and why completing her five-year survey makes her particularly interesting at this stage of her life.
And then there is one final upgrade waiting on the bow, probably one of the most enjoyable additions the owner has made.

Highlights:
– 35.2m Sunseeker 116
– Five-cabin layout with main-deck owner’s suite
– Jacuzzi and extensive foredeck lounging area
– Open-air cinema on the bow
– Expansive flybridge with upgraded bar
– Hull Vane and Humphree interceptor upgrades
– MTU 2000 Series engines
– Extensive water toy and tender storage
– Recent five-year survey
– Proven charter yacht
