The idea of the video that I produce of course is to promote the yacht for sale, but should potential buyers worry about whether they will have clean title to the yacht? I spoke to the broker representing the owner of ALFA NERO, Richard Higgins, and he sent me a full answer to your question that I’ve published as a downloadable PDF for anybody interested to read it – a link to that is in the description of this video. Clean title to ANY yacht that you buy is always an issue, and I can’t stress enough how important it is to engage a reputable marine lawyer for any yacht purchase at all, whether it be Alfa Nero or smaller yachts too.
