Apartment #1 is officially underway.

As we started demo, we uncovered the original hardwood floors hiding beneath layers of laminate. The bathroom and kitchen both had to be completely gutted, but that also gives us the opportunity to make the apartment work better for modern living.

We’re adding central air, a washer and dryer, updating the kitchen and bathroom, and restoring as much of the original character as we can along the way.

One room at a time.
